Info on the Aug Bootcamp.
- What days are they on
- How many days a week
- What times of the day do you offer(A.m. I hope)
I have been reading alot about crossfit and I am very interested in your bootcamp and think it is exactly what I need to jump start my fitness training.

Dan,
I have Monday and Wednesday mornings @ 8 a.m. Starting August 3rd for 8 weeks. You can start with those two days a week and pop in on some Fridays for regular crossfit work outs in the a.m too. The evening classes are Tuesday and Thursdays @ 6 p.m, starting August 4th. If you need to you can make up days using the evening classes too. Just sign up on this page and see ya Monday morning, please arrive 15 minutes early for paper work.
